Thirty years of perfecting the recipe. This is where it all started.

Phamily Style is the original, the flavor we spent decades chasing and finally got right. It starts with USDA Prime brisket, seasoned with a classic, savory blend that lets the quality of the beef do the talking. Slow-dehydrated in small batches, each crisp comes out with a deep, rich beef flavor and a clean, satisfying crunch that keeps you coming back. No preservatives. No fillers. Just the recipe that turned a family obsession into something worth sharing.

Simple. Bold. Exactly right.

  • USDA Prime brisket — premium cut, not trimmings
  • 20g of protein per 2 oz bag
  • Small-batch, hand-crafted — never mass produced
  • No preservatives, no shortcuts
  • Classic savory seasoning — bold beef flavor, nothing to hide behind

The go-to for post-workout fuel, road trips, desk snacking, or any time you want a snack that's actually made with care. This is the one that started it all — taste thirty years of craft in every crisp.

I purchase my bag at Tien Banh Mi & Boba in Carol Stream and I'm completely addicted! They are incredibly flavorful, and the crispy texture is absolute perfection.

I am a big snacker and this is the snack jackpot! Protein and melt in your mouth flavor! Advice, order decoy bags! In order to nab some in my family, I have to order extra as decoys because my family loves these so much.

Amazing flavor with the perfect amount of crunch. This jerky has changed my view on how jerky should taste. I always try to make sure I get at least a few packs to hold me for the month.
